1. What We Collect ›

Discord basics: user ID, username, avatar, and guild ID when you log in or use the bot.

Game data: balance, XP, inventory, crafting actions, leaderboards, cooldowns, and interaction history.

Feedback you submit (suggestions, bug reports) including timestamps and your displayed name.

Lightweight, aggregate analytics (non-sensitive) to improve reliability and features.

2. Why We Collect It ›

To enable core features like leaderboards, inventories, crafting, and auctions.

To analyze usage and guide feature improvements and balancing.

To prevent abuse (spam/exploit detection and security logging).

3. Retention & Deletion ›

Game data is kept while your account is active so progress persists between sessions.

Inactive data may be archived or pruned periodically for performance.
You can request data deletion (see “Requests”). Deletion is irreversible.
Server logs (for security/diagnostics) are kept briefly and then discarded.

4. Data Sharing ›

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

We may show anonymized or aggregate stats (e.g., top items crafted, leaderboards) inside the app/site.

5. Cookies / Tracking ›

The website uses minimal, essential cookies (e.g., for session state during Discord login). We don’t run invasive tracking or sell data. Your browser may also store standard cache/localStorage used by this site.

6. Security ›

We take reasonable measures to protect data (access controls, least-privilege, updates). No method is 100% secure—use SynthBot at your discretion and keep your Discord account secure.

7. Your Rights ›

Access a copy of your stored game/profile data.
Request corrections for inaccuracies.
Request deletion of your data (where applicable).
Withdraw consent to non-essential processing (if any).

8. Making a Data Request ›

To access or delete your data, contact us (see “Contact”) with your Discord user ID and the request type. We’ll verify ownership and reply as soon as possible. For deletion, we’ll remove game records and related entries that identify you. Backups will age out on their normal cycle.

9. Children ›

SynthBot is intended for communities that comply with Discord’s Terms of Service. We don’t knowingly collect data from children below the minimum age required by Discord for account creation.

10. Updates ›

We may revise this policy as features evolve. Changes will be posted here with the updated date.
